Amen for this site!!

I happened to be looking up side effects of a pill I'm taking and I ran across this girls comment about pain in chest on left side and someone else mentioned pcs. Well what do you know! This is EXACTLY what I have had since I was 18 and I'm 27 now. I can't believe there's an answer and so many people deal with it. I get it less now but I still get it maybe once a month or every couple of months. The first time I had it I thought I was having a heart attack. Still feels that way but I know it's not and now I know it's nothing major! Phew!! I notice that stimulants can trigger it. It also hurts worst when I'm laying flat on my back. I had it once for 24 hours and wasn't sure what to do. Never got it checked into but when I mentioned it to my doctor he had no idea. I have hypothyroidism, endometriosis and interstitial cystitis(inflamed bladder) Maybe a lot of inflammation is in my body? Haha. No one in m family gets it and I've never met someone who does. Breathing very slow and long breaths seems to help and staying very still but unfortunately the breathing is very painful but it's what "breaks up" the pain. Thanks for making this page!
